Dude, this place by far has my favorite 'bowl' of any other restaurant. Like, if I move away from LA I will LEGIT miss Cerveteca. Like I will cry. The chicken tinga bowl/burrito/taco anything is perfection. Their salsa is the perfect addition to all of their food. Their fried plantains with cream are always good, and their meats are always cooked perfectly and never dry or flavorless. Thank you for being my go-to pickup when I'm hangry.. nowhere else can really cut it like u do, C.
I tried the shrimp burrito.... Bussin! The burrito was juicy and flavor went craaazy. The aoli sauce they put inside was so good I had to ask for a side order lol the burrito came with fresh chips about the amount that would be in a 1.89 bag of Doritos. All in all it was Fire . Come get yours. And the hostess was cool too!
Oh cerveteca you stole my heart with your delicious mouth watering asada fries and your agua fresca! Everything is delish here even the churros. The tacos are yummines! The tortas are a MUST try!
Arguably the best baha taco outside of Baha! These tacos are served to perfection with crispy, succulent cod fish, topped generously with fresh cabbage and smothered in a delicious, creamy white sour cream sauce. The chips, salsa and guacamole are also very delicious. I was simply impressed with the authenticity, freshness and deliciousness of these tacos!
This is hands down the BEST and most authentic Mexican restaurant on the west side of LA. It was one of the best kept secrets but not anymore. The breakfast burrito is insanely tasty, and the Carne Asada Torta is my go to for lunch on Tues because they throw in a free Aqua Fresca. My wife who is a vegetarian gets the brown rice veggie bowl twice a week! Ask for the habanero sauce they make, it will make you cry.
I've never had a bad meal here. The bowl, the tacos, the burritos, they're all great. No more or less pricey than a typical LA Mexican joint, fun outside feel.
Such an excellent little place! Love the outside seating area, but the food is the biggest seller. I've had the chorizo breakfast burrito 3 times now and it's phenomenal. Their homemade spicy mayonnaise is also fantastic. It's worth getting a couple to go ;)
